Bermuda Pools Giveaway — Details, Restrictions, and Policies

1) Promotion OverviewThe Bermuda Pools Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is offered by Bermuda Pools (“Bermuda Pools,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By entering or accepting any prize, you agree to these Details, Restrictions, and Policies (“Terms”).
2) Eligibility RequirementsTo enter and/or win, you must meet all eligibility requirements below:
‍Location: The pool and service address must be located in Brevard County, Florida.
‍Pool Type: Pool must be a concrete (gunite/shotcrete) residential swimming pool. Fiberglass and vinyl-lined pools are not eligible.
‍Condition: The pool must be in good operating condition, including (at minimum):Functional circulation system (pump/filter operating)Pool holds water at a normal level (no active major leaks)Water is not in a hazardous conditionEquipment area is safe to access
‍Accessibility: Pool and equipment must be reasonably accessible for routine service (clear access gates, safe walking path, access to equipment pad, etc.).
‍Residential Only: Prizes apply to one residential pool at a single service address.
3) Prize Acceptance WindowIf selected as a winner, you must accept your prize within 15 days of our first notification attempt (email, phone, and/or text).If you do not accept within 15 days, you may forfeit the prize, and we may select an alternate winner.
4) Service Refusal and Safety PolicyBermuda Pools reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or discontinue service if:The pool is not accessible, safe, or serviceableThe pool/equipment condition is not as represented or is unsafeAnimals, hazards, or unsafe site conditions prevent serviceThe property owner/occupant is uncooperative or abusive to staffThe pool type is ineligible (fiberglass/vinyl)Any other condition makes service impractical or unsafeIf service is refused or discontinued for these reasons, the prize may be forfeited, and we may select another winner.
5) Non-Cash, Non-Transferable, No SubstitutionsPrizes are not exchangeable for cash and have no cash value.Prizes are non-transferable (cannot be assigned to another person or address).Bermuda Pools may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to scheduling, availability, or operational constraints.
6) Scheduling and Service TermsAll prize services are scheduled at mutually agreeable times based on route availability.Winner agrees to provide access to the pool and equipment on scheduled service days.Missed visits due to lack of access (locked gates, blocked equipment, etc.) may be skipped and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
7) Winner’s Right to CancelWinners may cancel service at any time by notifying Bermuda Pools.Canceling service ends the prize service. Any remaining visits or service time are forfeited and not redeemable for cash, credit, or substitution.
8) VerificationWe may require verification of:Brevard County service addressPool type (concrete vs. fiberglass/vinyl)Pool accessibility and general operating condition
Verification may include photos, a brief phone call, or an on-site assessment prior to starting prize service.
9) General ConditionsBermuda Pools is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair integrity or administration.Void where prohibited by law.
